Details of electroNic's fight with WorldEdit revealed

Details have emerged regarding a fight involving Virtus.pro's CS2 player Denis "electroNic" Sharipov and his former teammate Georgiy "WorldEdit" Yaskin from FlipSid3 Tactics. An anonymous source shared information about the incident, which was published in the Telegram channel.

According to the witness, the altercation occurred at a venue where electroNic, WorldEdit, Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy, David "n0rb3r7" Danielyan, Andrey "Xoma" Mironenko, and Dmitry "Zloba" Irinchuk were gathered. The witness described Sharipov as behaving provocatively: "He was very loud and acting irrationally."

The argument began when WorldEdit started criticising electroNic, saying, "You've never achieved anything on your own. You've never developed personally. In every team, whether NAVI or Cloud9, other players always carried you and taught you everything. Even I taught you."

ElectroNic replied, "What did you teach me?"

WorldEdit responded, "I taught you calmness."

As the exchange escalated, electroNic said, "[Damn], I'm going to [hit you]."

WorldEdit stood up and challenged, "Go on, [hit me]!"

ElectroNic then struck him, albeit not a direct punch—his hand brushed against WorldEdit's cheek. For the next half-hour, electroNic reportedly shouted things like, "This guy… He's always been a [liar] in life, and he knows nothing about CS; what is he even saying to me?"

When others tried to intervene, electroNic yelled to the entire venue, "I'll find you in Moscow!"

The incident was first mentioned by insider Alexey "OverDrive" Biryukov, who noted that it contributed to Xoma's exclusion from the Virtus.pro roster for Counter-Strike 2, although he expressed confusion about the connection.
