The first winners of the closed American qualifiers for the RMR tournament leading up to the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 have been determined.
In South America, Case and BESTIA secured their spots for the RMR, while in North America, Wildcard and Nouns emerged victorious. All four teams completed the Swiss-system tournament with a flawless 3-0 record. Representatives from both regions will compete for an additional three slots in the championship.
As a reminder, the RMR tournaments for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 will take place in November in China, with the major itself starting on the 30th of that month. The prize pool for the championship is set at $1.25 million.
