Ukraine's national CS2 team has qualified for the IESF World Esports Championship 2024

Ukraine CS2 national team secured their spot at the IESF World Esports Championship 2024 by defeating Bulgaria and Romania in the playoffs of the IESF World Esports Championship 2024: East European Qualifier. They won 2-0 against Bulgaria and staged an impressive comeback against Romania, triumphing 2-1 after initially trailing 2-10 on the third map.

The IESF World Esports Championship 2024 will take place in LAN format in Riyadh, boasting a prize pool of $240,000. Scheduled from 11th to 19th November 2024, the tournament will feature teams such as Team Sweden, Team Turkey, Team Norway, and others based on qualification results.

Next up in the upper bracket final, they will face Turkey, whom they encountered in the first round of Group A and lost 13-8. This time, the match will be in a BO3 format, with the winner advancing to the tournament's grand final.
