Team Falcons defeated ALTERNATE aTTaX in the Play-In stage of IEM Cologne 2024 for CS2, with a match result of 2:0 (13:11 on Anubis and 13:9 on Mirage). This marks the first victory for Marko "Snappi" Pfeiffer's team in the tournament.
ALTERNATE aTTaX has concluded their participation in the event, finishing in 21-24th place and earning $2,500. Previously eliminated from the tournament were FlyQuest and Team 3DMAX.
IEM Cologne 2024 runs from August 7 to 18. Teams are competing for a prize pool of $1 million. The champion will also secure spots for IEM Katowice 2025 and the BLAST Premier: World Final 2024.
