Talon Returns to CS Pro Scene

The Hong Kong-based esports club Talon has returned to the professional Counter-Strike scene with a new roster. The organisation made this announcement on its X social media page.

The team is led by the decorated Australian player Aaron "AZR" Ward, who had been inactive for over a year since being dropped from Sprout's roster in April 2023.

The roster also includes Corey "nettik" Brown, Jared "hazr" O'Bree, Christian "ADDICT" Pendleton, and sniper Miłosz "mhL" Knasiak. Daniel "djL" Narancic, who previously worked with NIP, will coach the team.

It is worth noting that Talon first launched a Counter-Strike division in 2017. However, in 2018, the organisation disbanded the team, which was entirely composed of Taiwanese esports players, and exited the discipline.

The newly formed team will debut on 4 August in the online tournament HellCase Cup 10, where Talon will face TSM.

The new Talon roster consists of:

- Aaron "AZR" Ward

- Corey "nettik" Brown

- Jared "hazr" O'Bree

- Christian "ADDICT" Pendleton

- Miłosz "mhL" Knasiak

- Daniel "djL" Narancic (coach)
