The Adventurers roster, sponsored by streamer Mark ohnePixel, has advanced to the fourth round of the open qualifiers for IEM Rio 2024 in CS2 by defeating Sashi Esport. The Danish team, currently ranked 30th in the world, lost to their opponents with a score of 13-6.
OhnePixel announced his collaboration with the roster on 12 August. The team includes former Monte players Vladimir "Woro2k" Veletnyuk and Ali "hAdji" Khaïnus. The streamer himself has taken on the role of coach for the roster and set the primary goal for the team — qualifying for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024.
The first open qualifiers for IEM Rio 2024 in Europe are online from 14 to 15 August. Teams are competing for two spots in the closed qualifiers, which will be held from 26 to 28 August. The main championship is scheduled for 7 to 13 October.
