The Brazilian esports club Smoke has announced the signing of a new Counter-Strike 2 roster. The announcement was made on the club's social media page on X.
The core of the new team comes from the former roster of the organisation 2GAME, which closed its Counter-Strike division earlier this month.
The players joining Smoke are: Denis "dzt" Fischer, Henzo "spinnie" Macri, Michael "dok" Marques, and Vinicius "vhz" Santana. The fifth member of the newly formed team is Gabriel "s1cko" Shabbah. The roster will be coached by Vitor "hardok" Fernandez.
The most decorated player on the team is dzt, who has played for clubs such as Imperial, paiN, Tempo Storm, and others since 2012. The esports player has earned just under $20,000 in prize money over his career.
Currently, Smoke also has a women's Counter-Strike 2 roster.
