21-year-old American esports player Kellen "SLIGHT" Nilan has announced that he is no longer under contract with the organisation Wildcard. He shared this news on his X (formerly Twitter) page.
SLIGHT has been with Wildcard since April 2023. In June 2024, the club moved him to the bench for a month and also released Adam "Grizz" Golden from his contract. During this time, Nilan found a new team and joined the BOSS roster at the beginning of July.
Kellen also mentioned that he and his new teammates are currently competing without sponsorship support and are searching for an organisation.
Wildcard has already found replacements for SLIGHT and Grizz: a few days ago, Swedish players Love "phzy" Smidebrandt and Tim "susp" Angström joined the team. Additionally, the club has changed its coach – Vincent "vinS" Józefiak has taken over from João "horvy" Horvat.
