Seized: "Only one name remains from the legendary organisation Astralis"

Former professional Counter-Strike player Denis "seized" Kostin commented on the controversy surrounding the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024, where team captains are boycotting the media day as a protest against a roster change in Astralis that may violate competition regulations. Kostin shared his views on his personal Telegram channel.

"The teams are doing well to come together and show their 'guts' to the organisers. The rules should be the same for everyone. All that's left of the legendary organisation Astralis is the name..."

You can read the organisers' response to the players' protest in our news article. The championship will take place from 25 to 29 September in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a total prize pool of $425,000 to be shared among eight teams. The top team will also secure a spot at the BLAST Premier World Final 2024.
