СadiaN left Liquid

The European club Liquid has announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster, moving captain and sniper Casper "cadiaN" Møller to the bench.

According to the official announcement posted on X, this decision was due to the team's unsatisfactory results. It is currently unknown who will fill the vacant spot in the roster.

The Danish esports player joined Liquid in December last year. Under his leadership, the team failed to qualify for the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024, BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024, and Esports World Cup 2024. Liquid also finished 7th-8th at IEM Dallas 2024, took silver at the CCT Global Finals 2024, and placed in the top 8 at ESL Pro League Season 19.

There have been rumours circulating online that another player, Felipe "skullz" Medeiros, might also be leaving Liquid. According to media reports, the Brazilian esports player is expected to join FURIA.

The current Liquid roster is:

- Keith "NAF" Markovic

- Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis

- Felipe "skullz" Medeiros

- Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken

- Wilton "zews" Prado (coach)

- Casper "cadiaN" Møller (substitute)
