According to rumors, G2 member Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov will not be able to participate in the upcoming BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024, which begins in just a few days.
Insider modjoo reports that the Russian esports player will miss the tournament due to visa issues, and the team's coach, Victor "TaZ" Wojtas, will compete in his place. G2 has not yet made any official statements regarding the situation.
Earlier, Osipov hinted at some difficulties his team was facing during a stream, but he declined to provide any details.
"I have bad news for you <...>. I'm not baiting, I just don't want to say anything until the organization... Until it happens. I can't say it. You'll see within four days, but that's not certain.”
The BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024 will take place from June 12 to 16 in London, United Kingdom. Eight teams will compete for a $425,000 prize pool and a slot in the BLAST Premier World Final 2024. G2 is in a group with Team Spirit, Virtus.pro, and Vitality.
