"What's with the hype around the operation? Stop lying to yourselves — it ain't gonna happen. You'll play it for a couple of days, loot the rewards, and that's it. You won't stick with it. It won't affect your gameplay in any way."
There hasn't been an official announcement for a new operation in CS2; the first information about a possible event emerged at the end of 2023. On June 16, insiders reported that Valve was working on a new case, which was linked to the upcoming operation. On June 21, a small patch was released in the shooter, and on the night of June 26, five new maps were added to the game.
