HLTV has released the list of teams invited to the RMR tournaments and closed qualifiers based on the official Valve ranking. The developers have confirmed that yesterday's update to the rankings is final before the invitations for the Shanghai Major qualifiers are issued.
Valve has also clarified that clubs are prohibited from entering two teams into the tournament simultaneously, even if they compete in different regions or stages of the qualifiers. This rule, for example, affects the Brazilian organisation Imperial: their women's roster will not be able to compete in the European closed qualifier, as the main roster will already be participating in the American RMR.
It is important to note that open qualifiers for the RMR of the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 will only take place in Asia. The European and American regions will only host closed qualifiers.

The Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 will take place from 30 November to 15 December in Shanghai, China. The total prize pool for the championship will be $1.25 million, to be divided among 24 teams.
