Official: Chr1zN is the new captain of OG

The rumours have been confirmed: 17-year-old Danish esports player Kristoffer "Chr1zN" Storgaard has joined OG’s Counter-Strike 2 roster. The organisation announced this on social media platform X.

Storgaard will take on the role of team captain, previously held by German player Nils "k1to" Grüne. Chr1zN replaces Nikita "HeavyGod" Martynenko, who transferred to Cloud9 a month ago.

For the past two years, Chr1zN has been part of the MOUZ youth roster. Over his professional Counter-Strike 2 career, which began in 2020, the Dane has earned $25,000 in prize money.

At the recent BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 in Denmark, British player Thomas "Thomas" Atting stood in for OG, and the team finished in last place at the tournament.

Current OG roster:

- Maćej "F1KU" Miklas

- Nils "k1to" Grüne

- Bram "Nexius" Campana

- Mădălin-Andrei "MoDo" Mirăeă

- Kristoffer "Chr1zN" Storgaard

- Lambert "Lambert" Przyjem (coach)
