New player in Alliance

The Swedish cyber sports club Alliance has finalised its Counter-Strike 2 roster, with Markus "upE" Johansson becoming the fifth member of the team.

The transfer was announced by the British organisation Viperio, whom Johansson has represented since April of this year. The deal's financial details remain undisclosed. Alliance has yet to publicly confirm the changes to their roster.

Johansson replaces Robin "robiin" Heggren, who was moved to the bench by the team a few days ago. Heggren had been part of Alliance since September last year.

The 20-year-old upE began his professional Counter-Strike career last year. Before joining Viperio, he played for Kappa Bar, The Prodigies SE, and other lesser-known teams. The Swedish cyber sportsman has an average rating of 0.97.

The current Alliance roster is as follows:

- Jonathan "b0denmaster" Bodenmalm

- Niklas "PlesseN" Plessen

- Arvid “avid” Oberg

- Simon "twist" Eliasson

- Markus "upE" Johansson

Simon "Hawk" Wavinggren (coach)
