In the upper bracket semi-final of Group B, MIBR defeated Team Spirit with a 2:1 scoreline (2:13 on Ancient, 13:7 on Nuke, 16:13 on Anubis). MIBR advanced to the group final, while Team Spirit dropped to the middle bracket.
Additionally, The MongolZ earned their first win of the tournament, sweeping KOI with dominant victories (13:1 on Inferno, 13:0 on Mirage), sending KOI to the lower bracket of Group B. The MongolZ will move on to face Team Spirit in the next round.
ESL Pro League Season 20 will feature four more matches: in Group B, Wildcard will take on 9z, and 3DMAX will battle G2 for a playoff spot. In Group A’s middle bracket, NIP will face FaZe, while HEROIC will play against Sangal.
