Casper 'SHiNE' Wennerberg's team claimed victory at the local LAN tournament Svenska Cupen 2024 for Counter-Strike 2, held from 7 to 9 November in Stockholm.
In the final, Metizport dominated NIP with a 3-0 scoreline (13-4 on Vertigo, 16-13 on Mirage, and 13-9 on Ancient). Prior to this, Metizport eliminated Johnny Speeds and Kappa Bar from the competition, while NIP overcame Alliance, who had previously defeated EYEBALLERS.
Metizport earned approximately $23,100 for their win, while the runners-up, NIP, received $11,100. The total prize pool for Svenska Cupen 2024 was $46,200.
