Streamer Nikola "Lobanjica" Mijomanović responded to Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev's comments about a potential return to his CS2 career. On his personal page on X, the content creator advised the former Natus Vincere sniper to hold off on this decision.
"S1mple shouldn't return to this game in its current state. CS2 is terrible right now and too random; it doesn't require any skill. It's better to wait, maybe something will be fixed in five years, or CS3 will come out. Just enjoy life now with the legacy you've created."
S1mple has been inactive since October 2023. Since then, he has only participated in one official match — as a stand-in for Team Falcons at the BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2024. Later, he stated that he had already received several offers from clubs, but either the organisations lacked the funds to buy out his contract, or they did not have a suitable roster for the cyber sportsman. Kostyliev also noted that he wants to continue his career as a sniper.
