Streamer Nikola "Lobanjica" Mijomanović has announced the imminent breakup of a lineup that has held together for a long time without changes. On the social media platform X, the content creator linked this event to the insufficient protection against cheaters in CS2.
"One of the strongest lineups, which has held together for a very long time without changes, is about to fall apart. The absence of anti-cheat in CS2 ruins the careers of many talented and promising players, while there is room for cheats and match-fixing on the scene."
Lobanjica did not specify which lineup he was referring to. However, X users speculated that the streamer was talking about Guild Eagles, which previously competed under the tags Team BLINK and Bad News Eagles. This roster was formed in August 2021 with the addition of Rigon "rigoN" Gaši and, except for a brief period in early 2022, has never changed.
Competing under the Bad News Eagles tag, the team participated in three majors but failed to achieve high results in any of them. Additionally, the team did not qualify for the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 and other major championships. Neither Guild Eagles nor the members of the lineup have announced any potential replacements.
