The esports organisation BC.Game has officially announced the addition of Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad to its Counter-Strike 2 roster. The announcement was posted on the club’s X social media page. Jkaem takes over from Simon "KWERTZZ" Gorak, who departed from the team on 27 October.
From May to October this year, Myrbostad represented BLEED. After that roster left the organisation, the 30-year-old Norwegian played in one tournament (RES Regional Champions 2024) under the tag UNPAID, a recently disbanded team. Before this, jkaem played for Apeks and EXTREMUM. His average rating over the past three months stands at 1.06 (across 65 maps).
It’s worth noting that a few days ago, Guy "anarkez" Trachtman also left the BC.Game roster. Coach Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács has temporarily stepped in as the team’s sniper.
BC.Game did not qualify for the upcoming RMR tournament ahead of the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024. Currently, the team holds the 199th position in the HLTV world rankings.
The current BC.Game roster is as follows:
- Aleksandar "CacaNito" Kjulukoski
- Jonas "Lekr0" Olofsson
- Luca "pr1metapz" Voigt
- Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad
- Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács (stand-in/coach)
