According to unofficial sources, 19-year-old Danish esports player Sebastian "Tauson" Lindelöf is set to become a new member of GamerLegion's Counter-Strike 2 roster. This was reported by the author of the Telegram channel Gromov.
For the past two and a half months, Tauson has been representing ECSTATIC, following a six-month stint with Team Secret. Over the last three months, Lindelöf has achieved an average rating of 1.12 across 76 maps. Throughout his career, Sebastian has earned $15,000 in prize money from CS.
If the rumours are confirmed, the Dane will take the place of Andreas "aNdu" Maasing, who was moved to the bench by the German club just a few days ago.
GamerLegion recently won the qualification for the European RMR tournament ahead of the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024. Currently, GamerLegion is ranked 35th in the HLTV rankings of the world's top CS2 teams.
