The assistant coach of FURIA Esports’ CS2 team, Vyacheslav "Innersh1ne" Britvin, responded to criticism about the team’s playstyle in a post on his Telegram channel.
"I find it amusing when people talk about FURIA’s supposed '+W rushing' playstyle. If you take a closer look at FalleN’s approach and call style, there’s a lot to learn. The ‘rushing FURIA’ left with arT, and honestly, good riddance."
Innersh1ne joined FURIA Esports in July 2024, shortly after the team also signed Felipe "skullz" Medeiros. Since then, FURIA has achieved a top-8 finish at the Esports World Cup 2024 in CS2, placed in the top 5-6 at BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 #2, and secured a top-4 spot at IEM Rio 2024.
