HuNter-: "Snax finds it difficult to focus on individual play"

Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač from G2 Esports discussed the individual statistics of his team captain, Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelski, and the contributions of Viktor "TaZ" Wojtas in an interview with HLTV.org.

"[Question: 'Recently, the community has criticized TaZ and questioned his impact. What does your coach bring to the team?'] First of all, I don't care about what people write; I don’t even read it. I only care about my teammates and their opinions. TaZ and Snax are doing their best to help us all improve as a team. It's hard for Snax to focus on his game, so his stats aren’t the best, but he will manage.

TaZ helps everyone, especially on the defensive side, while Snax does his job on the attack. They’re trying to complement each other, but if we can get to a point where they can split their responsibilities 50/50 on both sides, I think we’ll be at the level we want to be. We’re all working hard to improve individually to stay in good shape."

On September 25, Kovač’s team defeated FaZe Clan with a score of 2:1 at the BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2024. G2 advanced to the winner’s final of Group A, where they will face Natus Vincere for a spot in the semifinals. Meanwhile, FaZe dropped to the lower bracket, where they are competing against Team Falcons at the time of this publication.

The BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2024 is taking place from September 25 to 29 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Teams are vying for a prize pool of $425,000 and 8,700 BLAST points, with the tournament winner also securing a slot at the BLAST Premier: World Final 2024.
