Fragadelphia 18 open LAN tournament in America announced

The organisers of the American LAN tournament Fragadelphia 18 have revealed details about the upcoming event. It will be held at the Hy-Vee Arena in Kansas City, Missouri, from 5 to 8 December.

The prize pool for the Counter-Strike 2 championship will depend on the number of registered teams. If more than 55 teams sign up, the prize will be $50,000, which is half of what was offered at Fragadelphia 17.

As of the announcement, 15 teams have registered, including CPH Wolves, Party Astronauts, Take Flyte, and FLUFFY AIMERS. Up to 64 teams can participate, although organisers are considering expanding this limit if necessary.

The entry fee is $750 for teams with a coach and $630 for those without. These prices will increase closer to the event. For the first time, Fragadelphia 18 will also feature other games, such as Rocket League and Super Smash Bros.
