Esports club 9 Pandas has officially announced new additions to its Counter-Strike 2 roster, introducing a new player, coach, and sports director. The announcement was made on the 9 Pandas' Telegram channel.
Alexander "shalfey" Marenov, who left FORZE earlier today, has been named the team's new captain. Marenov replaces Denis "seized" Kostin, who had been with 9 Pandas since July 2022 and has now been moved to the bench.
Artem "Fierce" Ivanov, another former member of FORZE, will take on the role of coach in the revamped 9 Pandas roster. Ivanov replaces Andrey "XomA" Mironenko, who has moved to Virtus.pro.
Additionally, Dmitry "spirit" Veko has joined the organization as the sports director.
The newly formed 9 Pandas roster will debut tomorrow, June 4th, in the ESL Challenger League Season 47 Europe, where they will face off against Sangal. The match is scheduled to begin at 20:00 MSK.
