Elevate returned Russian dea to the lineup

The 20-year-old Russian eSports player Deni "dea" Ediev has rejoined the Elevate roster for Counter-Strike 2. This was reported by Dust2.us, citing representatives of the club.

It is worth noting that Ediev left the team on 17 July for unknown reasons. The team's captain and Elevate's CEO confirmed this information to journalists at the time but declined to elaborate on the reasons for the Russian player's departure. In dea's absence, Tianyi "Fr3nk1e" He temporarily played for the team.

Deni initially joined Elevate in February 2024. During the 47th season of the ESL Challenger League, the Russian player achieved an average rating of 1.21 across 37 maps – the second-best result among all snipers in the tournament.

In February of this year, Elevate announced their return to the professional Counter-Strike scene with a new roster that previously competed under the tag timbermen. Currently, Elevate is ranked 64th in the HLTV rankings.

The current Elevate roster consists of:

- Wyatt "snav" Phillippi

- Derek "dare" Brown

- Shane "shane" Dressler

- Jackson "Peeping" Cornwell

- Deni "dea" Ediev
