DRILLAS replaced one player ahead of RMR

The DRILLAS team has announced a roster change in their Counter-Strike 2 lineup ahead of the upcoming qualifiers for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024.

The team has parted ways with 21-year-old Israeli esports player Meitar "AMSALEM" Amsalem, who has been replaced by Sener "SENER1" Mahmuti, previously known for his performances with Bad News Eagles. The player from Kosovo had been inactive for the past few months.

In a statement to HLTV, DRILLAS representatives mentioned that the decision to make the change was mutually agreed upon by all parties. Amsalem himself noted that he felt uncomfortable within the team due to differing views on the game.

As a reminder, DRILLAS was formed in August this year by popular German streamer ohnePixel. The team successfully progressed through both open and closed qualifiers for the RMR tournament and also participated in several small online events.

Current DRILLAS roster:

- Volodymyr "Woro2k" Veletnyuk

- Ali "hAdji" Haïnouss

- Tal "meztal" Hahiashvili

- Vladyslav "Kvem" Korol

- Sener "SENER1" Mahmuti
