Donk: "The team is focused on getting into top shape ahead of IEM Cologne 2024"

Team Spirit's CS2 player Danil "donk" Kryshkovets stated that for his team, the BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2024 is a warm-up event ahead of IEM Cologne 2024. In an interview during the tournament broadcast in Denmark, he also shared his thoughts on the team’s performance on Mirage.

On Mirage, Kryshkovets noted that the team isn’t facing significant issues but is still finding their game. He mentioned that Team Spirit is working hard to improve on this map and feels they are getting stronger with each match. He added that while his defensive play hasn’t changed much, there are some adjustments in their attack that he chose not to specify.

Kryshkovets emphasised that during BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2024, Team Spirit is focusing on reaching their best form for the upcoming IEM Cologne 2024. He explained that their goal is not solely to win their group but to enhance their overall gameplay.

The BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2024 is taking place from July 29 to August 4 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The tournament features 16 teams competing for $190,000 and spots in upcoming series events.

IEM Cologne 2024 will be held from August 7 to 18 in Cologne, Germany, with 24 teams vying for a prize pool of $1 million. The tournament will also offer slots for IEM Katowice 2025 and the BLAST Premier: World Final 2024.
