Insider Vladislav "harumi" Radvilovich has reported that the North American club Cloud9 has shown interest in one of AMKAL's players, Kaisar "ICY" Faiznurov.
Radvilovich shared this information on his Telegram channel. As of now, neither Cloud9 nor AMKAL have officially confirmed this news.
The Kazakhstani esports player has been representing the Russian organisation since December of last year. Before this, he spent over two years with AVANGAR. In the past three months, Faiznurov's average rating stands at 1.16.
There have also been rumours circulating online that OG team member Nikita "HeavyGod" Martynenko will be joining Cloud9's Counter-Strike 2 roster. According to insiders, the club paid several hundred thousand dollars for Martynenko's transfer.
It is worth noting that Cloud9 is restructuring its roster following the departure of Denis "electroNic" Sharipov, Abay "HObbit" Khasenov, and Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy in April. The club aims to build a new lineup around the two remaining Cloud9 players, Sergey "Ax1Le" Rykhtorov and Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov.
