The German eSports club BIG has officially moved one of its players, David "prosus" Hesse, to the bench. The announcement was made on the social network X.
Prosus had played for BIG for over a year, since June 2023. Before this, he had been a long-time member of the BIG Academy. The organisation has not yet officially announced the name of the player who will fill the vacant spot on the roster; however, rumours suggest that the team is considering two eSports players – Rigon "rigoN" Gashi and Can "kyuubii" Ali.
BIG finished last at the YaLLa Compass 2024 championship in Abu Dhabi and secured a top-8 finish at IEM Dallas 2024. The team also finished the 19th season of the ESL Pro League in 13th-16th place. Currently, the roster is ranked 17th in the HLTV rankings.
The current BIG lineup:
Johannes "tabseN" Wodarz
Karim "Krimbo" Moussa
Florian "syrsoN" Rische
Jon "JDC" de Castro
Alexander "kakafu" Szymanczyk (coach)
