Enthusiasts have discovered yet another way to throw a bugged decoy grenade on the Vertigo map, just two hours after developers patched a similar exploit in another part of the map. The discovery was shared in a Reddit post.
To replicate the bug, players need to open the bathroom door on the attackers' spawn, climb on it, and then throw a decoy grenade at the door. The grenade will emit sounds for the rest of the round, disrupting other players. Valve has yet to fix this issue.
Vertigo has long faced criticism from the professional scene. For instance, G2 Esports rifler Nikola "NiKo" Kovač urged Valve to remove Vertigo when it received an update, while FaZe Clan’s Robin "ropz" Kool stated that Vertigo is "a waste of a map slot."
