Nifty left Counter-Strike

Noah "Nifty" Francis has announced the definitive end of his career as a professional Counter-Strike player. He wrote about it on the social media platform X.

The 26-year-old American esports athlete explained his decision as follows:

"Over time, my interests and passions shifted towards other areas of life. <...> In my view, it's better to step away if you no longer feel the passion/fire for the process. Otherwise, you're doing a disservice to both your teammates and yourself.

Francis' last team was MIGHT - he played for them since October last year. Before that, Noah represented Take Flyte, 4ORMULA, Envy, Renegades, and other teams."

Nifty competed on the professional Counter-Strike scene from 2015 to 2020 and from 2022 to 2024. Throughout his career, he earned $107,000 in prize money.
