The esports organisation Aurora has announced a further change to their Counter-Strike 2 roster: Andrey "XomA" Mironenko has been appointed as the team's assistant coach.

Mironenko takes over from Stepan "brain" Sivoronov, who has been coaching Aurora since April of this year. Before this, XomA worked with Virtus.pro for two and a half months before being replaced by Pavel "PASHANOJ" Legostaev.

Last month, Aurora also made a player change in their CS2 lineup: Yevgeny "r3salt" Frolov left the team to join 9 Pandas, and Timur "clax" Sabirov took his place.

Aurora has received a direct invitation to the RMR tournament before the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024, which will take place in November this year. Currently, the team is ranked 26th in the global Counter-Strike 2 rankings according to HLTV.org.

Current Aurora roster:

Viktor "Lack1" Boldyrev

Yevgeny "Norwi" Ermolyn

Alexander "KENSI" Gurkin

Denis "deko" Zhukov

Timur "clax" Sabirov

Coaching staff:

Stepan "brain" Sivoronov (Head Coach)

Andrey "XomA" Mironenko (Assistant Coach)
