GamerLegion was defeated by Falcons with a score of 0-2 (8:13 on Anubis, 5:13 on Nuke) in the lower bracket match of Group B, finishing in 13th-16th place. Erik "ztr" Gustafsson's team earned $5,000 and a slot in the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2024.
Additionally, Vitality secured a 2-0 victory over Astralis (13:7 on Nuke, 13:11 on Dust2) and advanced to the grand final of the tournament bracket. On August 2, the Danish team will face Falcons in an elimination match, after which the winner will compete against Vitality for a spot in the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024.
As a reminder, the BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 takes place in Copenhagen, Denmark, from July 29 to August 4, featuring 16 teams. The event has a prize pool of $190,000. The top six teams will qualify for the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024, while the remaining teams will move on to the Showdown tournament.
