Ukrainian Wonderful_Y received a ban on FACEIT for cheating - he was the best in the Elo rating

Ukrainian CS2 player Dmitry "Wonderful_Y" Khorkusha has been blocked on FACEIT. Users on Reddit have noticed this.

The reason for the ban was cheating. At the time of the block, Wonderful_Y occupied the top spot in the Elo rating on the platform with 4,377 points. He surpassed Deni "dea" Ediev with 4,359 points and Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov, who at the time of publication reached a score of 4,323 points. It is not specified how long Wonderful_Y has been using cheats.

Earlier, FACEIT issued two-year bans to all gamers for using the "cl_ent_bbox*" command, which allowed seeing enemies through walls. Two players from the Eternal Fire Academy also received punishment – as a result, the club's management terminated contracts with the esports players. Soon after the vulnerability was discovered, Valve released an update that fixed the "legal WallHack".
