Torzsi: "siuhy outplayed G2"

MOUZ sniper Ádám "torzsi" Torzsás shared a few words about his team's victory over G2 in their quarter-final match for a spot in the semi-finals of IEM Cologne 2024. In an interview with HLTV, the Hungarian esports player praised his captain's contributions during the game.

"Siuhy made excellent calls. In essence, he outplayed G2. He made some really good mid-round decisions – like pushing long and rotating back to B in the right rounds – and it worked."

Torzsás also shared his expectations for the upcoming match against NAVI for a place in the Cologne final. He considers NAVI one of the most consistent teams at the moment.

"I think they are a really strong team, and we really want to beat them. They have a Hungarian analyst, so I always enjoy playing against them. It’s going to be a great match. NAVI are one of the most consistent teams right now. They’re playing great CS. I think it’s going to be an explosive game."

IEM Cologne 2024 is taking place from 7 to 18 August in Cologne, Germany. The event features a total prize pool of $1 million, with the winner receiving $400,000 and direct invitations to IEM Katowice 2025 and the BLAST Premier World Final 2024.
