Limitless have announced their comeback to ESL Challenger League with the addition of a new roster set to replace Carpe Diem in ESL Challenger League Season 48. The lineup includes Sebastian "Seb" Dietrich, McKinley "Cyrix" Hollison, Kyle "Wolffe" Greenfield, Justin "Sandman" Saulle, and Dylan "DJF" Ferreira, all players with recent ECL experience. With this fresh lineup, Limitless aims to surpass their previous 5-23 record in ECL S47, where their former roster disbanded.
Sebastian "Seb" Dietrich is the only member from Carpe Diem to join this new roster, taking over following Jack "micro" Ryan's move to BOSS on July 7th.
Seb's inclusion from Carpe Diem's ECL spot reunites him with Cyrix and Wolffe, former teammates from Unjustified in ECL S46. Additionally, Seb has previous experience playing with DJF on Snakes Den back in ECL S45. The addition of Sandman completes the lineup, bringing in a fresh dynamic as an outsider to the team.
Due to the unique circumstances surrounding the formation of this roster, Limitless will need to field former Carpe Diem players Jerric "wiz" Jiang and Andrew "Tender" Cote for the first eight matches of the season to maintain the core and retain their spot. Cyrix and Sandman will sit out the initial part of the season until wiz and Tender complete their stand-in periods.
Limitless' roster for ESL Challenger League Season 48 is as follows:
- Sebastian "Seb" Dietrich
- McKinley "Cyrix" Hollison
- Kyle "Wolffe" Greenfield
- Justin "Sandman" Saulle
- Dylan "DJF" Ferreira
- Jerric "wiz" Jiang (ECL Stand-in)
- Andrew "Tender" Cote (ECL Stand-in)
Limitless is preparing for the start of ESL Challenger League Season 48 commencing on July 15th.
