The core of 3DMAX will be able to leave the club before the start of RMR
Almost all members of the current 3DMAX roster, including coach Damien "wasiNk" Dufour, are set to become free agents just two days before the RMR tournament for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024. This was reported by streamer and GenOne owner Sébastien "KRL" Perez on X.
According to KRL, all players except Filip "Graviti" Branković will have their contracts with the French club expire on November 15 of this year. Branković’s contract is set to last until February 2025, but his buyout is only €30,000.
Additionally, KRL mentioned that 3DMAX owes money to Lucas "Lucky" Chastang and former coach and analyst, totalling at least €25,000.
The current 3DMAX roster has been together for around three years and is currently ranked 19th in the HLTV.org global rankings for Counter-Strike 2. It is unclear whether the players will sign new contracts with 3DMAX. The club has not commented on the situation.
