Team Spirit, BetBoom Team, and Virtus.pro invited to the new BetBoom Dacha CS2 tournament

The studio FISSURE has officially announced a new tournament in the BetBoom Dacha series for Counter-Strike 2, set to take place in Belgrade, Serbia, the capital of the country, just like the previous championship.

The LAN finals will occur from August 25 to September 1, with organisers noting that the exact dates might slightly change closer to the event.

The prize pool for the championship will be $500,000, distributed among 12 teams. This includes 10 directly invited participants and two winners of regional qualifiers (one from Europe and one from South America).

Six teams have already received invitations: MOUZ, Team Spirit, Virtus.pro, FURIA, BetBoom Team, and Aurora. The first three teams are guaranteed spots in the playoffs, and another invited participant will join them.

The group stage of BetBoom Dacha will follow the GSL format, and the playoffs will be conducted in a Double Elimination system. All matches, except for the final, will be played in a best-of-three format, with the final being a best-of-five.

For reference, the previous BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 event took place from May 14 to 19 in Belgrade, Serbia. The total prize pool was $500,000, with MOUZ defeating Team Spirit 3:0 in the final.
