Stavn: "cadiaN is a more experienced captain than device"

Martin "stavn" Lund, a member of Astralis, compared Casper "cadiaN" Møller to Nicolai "device" Reedtz in terms of leadership and their ability to guide the team in-game. The Danish player shared his thoughts in an interview with draft5.gg.

"I think the main difference is that Casper is a more experienced captain, as he has been doing it much longer than device. He has more experience, but he also gives more spontaneous calls – things we haven't even practised. He’ll say, 'we need to do this now', 'do this', 'do that', and we end up trying something new. I believe that’s the key difference.

It’s nice to play with cadiaN again. We played together for many years, there was a lot of drama, but we’re happy to be back together. We’re enjoying ourselves, and I believe we can achieve a lot.

It is worth noting that Astralis is currently competing in the IEM Rio 2024 tournament in Brazil. The team secured a victory against Eternal Fire in their first group stage match. They will face HEROIC in a battle for a spot in the final stage of the tournament.
