Snax: "Overall, we showed a solid game in CS"
G2 captain Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelski shared his thoughts on whether the team had drawn any conclusions after their match against Astralis in the group stage of IEM Cologne 2024. In an interview with HLTV.org, the Polish esports player expressed his satisfaction with his team's performance.
"Yes, but I’m not going to reveal all the secrets of my thinking and knowledge in CS, though we certainly learned some lessons. Regarding individual play, I might have wanted too much to help the guys. On Dust2, we all played very well. On the second and third maps, I felt like I was trying to do too much, but my teammates were trading effectively, and that was fine with me. Overall, we showed strong CS today."
Pogorzelski also mentioned that while he would like to compete in the playoffs of IEM Cologne 2024, he would prefer to play in front of his home crowd in Katowice.
"I always enjoy playing in front of a crowd. It’s always fun to hear people cheering and supporting the teams. It would be great. I would prefer to play in Katowice in front of the Polish crowd. But it would be wonderful to return to the big stage."
