Snappi: "Virtus.pro is currently going through a bit of an identity crisis"

Falcons' captain, Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer, shared his thoughts with Cybersport.ru regarding his team's recent victory over Virtus.pro in the online BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2024 for Counter-Strike 2.

"VP is a comfortable opponent for us. We feel at ease picking Vertigo, and VP doesn't seem to perform well on that map. Overall, I think we have a good understanding of how this team plays. They are currently experiencing a sort of identity crisis, trying to change their playing style. They’ll likely succeed in the long run, but this process is always painful at the start."

The Danish esports player also discussed the significance of the upcoming BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024 in Copenhagen for the Falcons.

"BLAST is very important for us. The tournament will be held in Denmark, and I’ve never played in front of a large crowd of my fellow countrymen throughout my career. We need to make it into the top four to get on stage, which is no easy task given that the best teams in the world will be competing, but it’s crucial for us."

Recently, the Falcons also secured a spot in the final stage of BetBoom Dacha Belgrade Season 2. The team will face paiN in a match for first place in the group.
