The 33-year-old French esports player Christophe "SIXER" Xia has joined the Onyx Ravens Counter-Strike 2 roster. The Saudi Arabian organization announced this on their X social media account.
SIXER began his professional Counter-Strike career back in 2006. He left GenOne in the spring of last year and has since been competing without much success in various mixed teams at small online tournaments and qualifiers.
From 2016 to 2018, the Frenchman played for Envy, and from 2019 to 2022, he represented LDLC. Throughout his career as a professional CS player, SIXER has earned $300,000 in prize money.
Onyx Ravens missed the Major in Copenhagen and failed to qualify for the upcoming Esports World Cup 2024 in Saudi Arabia. The current roster also includes players from Iraq, Pakistan, Palestine, and the UAE.
