The American club Wildcard is planning to make two changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster, according to reports from Dust2 US and Dust2 Sweden.
Sources indicate that the new team members will be Love "phzy" Smidebrant and Tim "susp" Angström. The former has been inactive since leaving Rare Atom in March of this year, while the latter was benched by Metizport a few weeks ago.
The Swedish players are expected to replace Kellen "SLIGHT" Nilsson and Adam "Grizz" Golden. Nilsson has been with Wildcard for over a year, while Golden joined the team on a trial basis in early May 2024.
Recently, Wildcard secured second place in the ESL Challenger League Season 47 regional tournament, earning a spot in the ESL Pro League Season 20.
The potential Wildcard roster is as follows:
- Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz
- Aran "Sonic" Groesbeek
- Josh "JBa" Barutt
- Love "phzy" Smidebrant
- Tim "susp" Angström
