RuFire has created a portrait of a Valve employee responsible for updates in CS and Dota

Aleksei "RuFire" Burakov, currently serving as the coach of the V1dar team, commented on the recent update.

"In CS, just like in Dota, there's a developer who plays matchmaking and releases patches based on their feelings—what they like, they keep; what they don't like, they remove. And apparently, this developer’s rank is silver," wrote Alexei "RuFire" Burakov.

Today, a major update was released in CS 2. Dust 2 replaced Overpass in the competitive map pool, as well as in the Premier mode.
