A player from the BetBoom Team explained why the team parted ways with Innershain.

«You recently parted ways with Innershain. In the past, you spoke highly of his coaching work. What ultimately didn't work out for him?»

«I think Slava is a person with a European mentality. He's very tolerant, and sometimes it's hard for him to find a common solution in conflict situations that arise during training and gameplay. You spend every day together doing sports, and you have different views on certain things. Consequently, conflicts arise against this background, which Slava sometimes couldn't resolve.

Simply put, in European CS, it works a little differently. These moments are resolved more calmly there. Slava just wasn't quite ready. Now he's gained experience in a team from Eastern Europe. If he returns to Europe as a head coach, I'm sure he'll succeed.
