Counter-Strike 2 analyst and former professional player Jacob "Pimp" Winneche speculated on the future team for Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen. The post was published on Pimp's page on X.
"HooXi to Liquid?
As for NAVI, MOUZ, FaZe, or Vitality, it's out of the question.
Astralis, Heroic, and Falcons are also unlikely.
However, Liquid could be an interesting option for both sides. They have firepower but need structure.
HooXi has shown with Copenhagen Flames and G2 that star players can shine alongside him. His presence should benefit players like Twistzz and YEKINDAR.
If Liquid goes a different route, though, I find it hard to see where HooXi might fit. He won't land in a top-10 team."
G2 announced HooXi's move to the bench on July 1st. He had represented the club since August 2022 and served as the team's captain throughout. At the time of publication, Team Liquid is without a fifth player, with Kasper "cadiaN" Møller departing the club on June 17th.
