Former Cloud9 CS2 player Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy has revealed his plans for the upcoming season. According to the esports athlete, he intends to reclaim a more defined role and play as he did during his time at Natus Vincere, where he performed as the anchor on the B bombsite.
"I've had several offers, and I hope there will be more. I can't disclose who exactly invited me, but I'm not rushing to make a decision yet because I still have ambitions after NAVI. We didn't win much at Cloud9, so those ambitions remain.
I don't see the point in rushing. I want to join a team where I'll be happy, everyone will be happy, and we will achieve something."
On April 22, 2024, it was announced that Perfecto would be stepping down from Cloud9's main lineup. Alongside him, Abay "HObbit" Khasenov was moved to the bench. This decision came after Denis "electroNic" Sharipov left the team and the squad failed to qualify for the Esports World Cup 2024.
