A patch has been released for CS 2 with changes to the map pool.
Dust 2 has replaced Overpass in the official map pool and the "Premier" mode.
Overpass was added to the game in 2013, and into the official map pool a year later.
Dust 2 has been in the game since 2001, undergoing multiple revisions, and was last relegated to reserve status in 2017.
Perfecto commented on the map pool change.
"Overpass > Inferno/Vertigo. But thumbs up for Dust," wrote Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy.
Today, an update for CS 2 was released with changes to the map pool. Dust 2 has replaced Overpass in the competitive map pool, as well as in the "Premier" mode.
