NIP invited to Elisa Masters Espoo 2024

Gareth "MisteM" Rices' team has become the fourth invited participant for the autumn LAN tournament Elisa Masters Espoo 2024 in Counter-Strike 2. The announcement was made by the organisers on the social platform X.

A couple of weeks ago, NIP officially announced roster changes in their CS2 lineup. Both captain Alejandro "alex" Masanet and assistant coach Fredrik "slap" Junbrandt were moved to the bench.

The first three invites for Elisa Masters Espoo 2024 were awarded to ENCE, 9z, and The MongolZ. Teams B8 and JANO also secured spots, having won the Elisa Invitational Spring 2024 and Elisa Esports eSM 2024 respectively. Another slot was allocated to the winner of Elisa Invitational Fall 2024, which went to Rebels. The organisers are expected to issue one final direct invitation in the coming days.

Elisa Masters Espoo 2024 will take place from 16 to 20 October 2024 in Espoo, Finland. The event will feature a prize pool of $200,000, shared among the eight participating teams.
